The President of Town Council has made statements that Geist People use Fishers roads, parks and are not paying their fair share.

How does Fishers know that people who do not live in Fishers are using Fishers roads, parks, etc and not paying their fair share? Well, I think I have figured it out. On the top of lamp posts all over Fishers are cameras. Fishers has 100’s of people in a top secret basement checking the license plate of every car coming into Fishers, if the car belongs to a non-resident they track the car until it leave Fishers, any stop is recorded, time of stop and therefore they know how much Fishers Air was used. Another item not being paid for by non-Fishers people.

If you stop at a store, they cross check amount spent with the time you were in the store. It is rather slick said the Head of the NSA (name is secret), as they are viewing the system, to expand listening in on phone calls to lots more.

If I find out any more about this top-secret system, I will let you know. Well I am off to count how many cameras does Fishers own. Maybe that’s why the Town has no money, its too busy buying cameras and cables and people to monitor what is going on. Now if the NSA likes the system, maybe Fishers should sell it all to them and reduce it budget for things the citizens really need.
